Turning over a NEW LEAF in your health is not just for January.  First launching in 1973 The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Promotes March as National Nutrition Month. Each year for the last four decades a unique theme for getting healthier is chosen and this year’s theme is BITE into a Healthy LIFESTYLE. It’s about eating and fueling your body properly so that you can make it through the day and not run out of steam.  A simple way to get started is to eat three healthy meals and two snacks.  If you are not sure how to put together a meal that will fuel you properly our health coach can help with that.
