Drop a Pumpkin, a weightloss journey

                                                                   I’m writing to all the sweet pumpkins out there. 

The average weight of a pumpkin is 10-20lbs and that is exactly what you can drop by NOVEMBER 8th.  That’s right I’ ll show you what to eat, when to eat and how much to eat.
